IMPORTANT: Please read and check all items below. To ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment, all participants must acknowledge and agree to the responsibilities listed. Completion of this checklist is required to be permitted on set and to participate in the shoot. If any items are unclear or need to be discussed, please contact us prior to your scheduled call time.

SECTION 5: TALENT CONSENT & USAGE AGREEMENT

By signing this release, I hereby grant Sarà Magazine Group (SMG), its representatives, employees, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the full and irrevocable right to:

Capture, record, and reproduce my image, voice, name, likeness, silhouette, and/or performance through photography, video, or audio;

Use, publish, edit, distribute, or exhibit such materials in whole or in part, without restriction, in any media or format now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to: Editorial publications (print and digital), SMG websites, social media, and promotional materials, Press releases, advertising, exhibition, and broadcast channels.

I understand and agree that: I will not receive monetary compensation for the use of my likeness, unless otherwise agreed in writing;

I understand and agree that: SMG retains full creative control over how the content is edited, published, and presented;

I understand and agree that: I waive the right to inspect or approve the final materials prior to publication;

I understand and agree that: This consent is perpetual, worldwide, and non-revocable;

I understand and agree that: SMG is under no obligation to use any of the materials created during the session.

I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and understand the nature of the content being created. I release and discharge SMG from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to or arising from the use of the materials as outlined above.

Upon or after official publication, up to six (6) watermarked images may be shared with the talent for personal portfolio use.

A tear sheet or proof of publication will be provided as confirmation of the editorial release.

All images remain the intellectual property of Sarà Magazine Group and/or the photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If any images are used for personal or professional purposes (including but not limited to portfolios, websites, or social media), all contributors involved in the shoot must be clearly credited. This includes, but is not limited to: Photographer, Stylist, Hair & Makeup Artists, Creative Director, Publication name (Sarà Magazine Group), etc..

Failure to credit contributors appropriately may result in removal of permission to use the images.
