Sarà Magazine Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in submitting to Sarà Magazine. We are committed to showcasing high-quality fashion, beauty, and design content from talented creatives worldwide. Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your work.
GENERAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- We accept exclusive and unpublished submissions only.
- Submissions must be made by the copyright owner (photographer, designer, or artist) or with written permission from the copyright holder.
- All images must meet our technical requirements (detailed below).
- Editorials should tell a strong visual story and align with Sarà Magazine’s aesthetic.
- Submissions are reviewed based on creativity, originality, and quality. Approval is not guaranteed.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Number of Images: 6-12 images per submission.
- File Format: JPG or PNG.
- Colour Profile: RGB.
- Resolution: 300 DPI.
- Allowed Sizes (flexible rules):
- Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in (2550 × 3300 px).
- Landscape: 17 × 11 in (5100 × 3300 px).
- File Naming: Please use a clear naming convention (e.g., “PhotographerName_EditorialTitle_01.jpg”).
- Ensure all images are free from watermarks or logos.
CREDITS & TEAM INFORMATION
- A full team credits list must be provided, including:
- Photographer
- Model(s) & Agency (if applicable)
- Stylist
- Makeup Artist
- Hair Stylist
- Designer(s) / Brands featured
- Please ensure that all names are spelled correctly. We are not responsible for errors in provided credits.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Accepted files should be submitted via Google Drive or WeTransfer to maintain quality.
- Please include a brief description of your editorial concept.
- All submissions must be submitted online via the website saramagazinegroup.com.au.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By submitting, you confirm that you have the legal rights to publish the images.
- Sarà Magazine reserves the right to make minor edits to submitted content (e.g., cropping or colour adjustments) to fit the magazine layout.
- Once accepted, the submission cannot be published elsewhere before the magazine’s release.
- We do not provide free copies of the magazine; print and digital editions are available for purchase.
